One of my favorite Peg Kehret books!Anything by her is a well-written, suspenseful story. Great for middle-grade readers, holds their attention. My students always enjoy her books.

My daughter loves Kehret's books. My only complaint is that she reads them too fast.
Awesome mystery, my 5th grade students love it!
I absolutely love this book. I read it to my 5th graders and they really liked it. I love how the author creates strong characters who have to use ingenuity to solve problems. Her characters are smart problem solvers.
Great read for the kids!
This book is a great book for children to read. I think it has some valuable lessons woven into a very exciting, easy to read book. I read the book to help my daughter with the Battle of the Books competition, but was surprised to find a very well written short story. It shows that children are capable of great things if they put their mind to it. They are able to show great compassion and maturity if the situation call for it. It also shows that they listen to us more than we think!!! Again, a very easy book with a great story and good lessons throughout.
